Are You an Accidental Window Salesperson?

If you sell replacement windows and can make some sales but are not a "CLOSER," keep reading.

If you like to solve issues for people and are willing to go out of your way, but it does not seem to be helping you make the sale, then keep reading.

If you like the great feeling when you get the job and the income potential and freedom that selling in the home can bring, keep reading.

You don't have to give any of that up!

My name is Eric Gans. I am a licensed Maryland contractor running a specialized home improvement business.

I have personally experienced all of the above examples.

From 2006-2015, I was a window contractor/ salesman who always seemed to be on the outside looking in at the other window salespeople in the market who were making the sales.

I was never consistent, but I could earn just enough jobs to keep a roof over my head.

I always needed the sale, and it harmed me. It was a weight on my shoulders every time I pulled up to the house. I never got ahead. I got behind. So far behind I had to close up shop and file for bankruptcy.

I Was on the Right Highway, Just in the Wrong Lane

Luckily, I found a secret road to take where I could use the things that I was good at to make way more money than I ever could or would have made selling windows.

I will be honest. I kind of stumbled upon it, and at the time, a few things went my way. Otherwise, I may not be here to tell this story.

If you read my story, you can see if you are anything like me and do what I did much sooner.

As I write this in March 2022, February (a short month) was a new record-setting month with $68,000 in sales and a 49% gross profit margin. By the way, there is only one employee—me.

So, what can you consider if you are anything like me?
